Absolute Best Marriage Proposal Ever!

by Dale Chumbley on July 1, 2009

Okay, I just have to blog about this. My friend Chris Hyde sent me the link to this over on my Facebook account. It is a wedding proposal that took place at Disneyland in the beginning of June. Obviously there was some planning and staging involved but I believe the girlfriend truly had no idea this was going to happen.

Looks like the work of an Improv group

I’ve participated in one Improv event and watched the videos for lots of others and this certainly has the taste of Improv all over it. They did a fabulous job and created magic like only can happen on Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland. I hope this puts a smile on your face like it did mine (yes it has a certain cheese factor to it but that’s part of the beauty of musical theater). Enjoy your day!

(Thanks to Joe Penniston for the Dreams Come True photo at Disneyland. Used under Creative Commons license. You might go over and take a look at Joe’s other photos, he has some awesome Disney pics!)

It'll take more than this change to buy a short sale

Back to the topic of short sales and attempting to understand them. So far we’ve talked about how there is no logic to the process. Then we talked about the timing of a short sale and how the banks don’t really care about your timeframe. Basically you enter into the short sale [...]

Step 2 To Understanding the Short Sale Process…

The Black Hole of the short sale process

Understanding? Really?
Well, not really. I don’t think it’s possible to really “understand” the process. Remember, I said there is NO LOGIC in the short sale process. None whatsoever. Nothing about the process makes any sense. Even the newest first time home buyer has a general idea of the process.
You [...]
