You know, explaining closing costs is the job of a competent loan originator. It's too bad that folks have to surf the web to get someone to explain their costs. I am hopeful that in the future, not only will LOs be required to provide the mandatory disclosure forms and explain the closing costs, but they will also be required to make sure the client understands what the LO said. Some LOs already do this. Thanks Dale.
