Day 43: Sushi Hana

How does $1 per plate for sushi sound? Sounds to good to be true doesn’t it? Well, at Sushi Hana it isn’t. That’s right, every single plate is $1. Now you ask, can $1 sushi be any good? The answer to that in my opinion is… YES! Based upon the amount of people in Sushi Hana I’m not alone in my assessment.

I hadn’t been to Sushi Hana before today but several of my friends have always talked about it and how much they enjoy it. They’ve said its not the best sushi they’ve ever had but that it is excellent for the price. I am still fairly new in my sushi experience but this was on par with sushi I’ve had in much more expensive eating establishments. I had an eel plate and a Poki Tuna plate. Both were great. Flavorful, fresh and well presented. There is a seating fee of $1 you should be aware of.
