Looking for an old style butcher who will cut your meat the way you want it? Looking for something that the typical grocery store doesn’t carry? Want a local butcher who’s been serving the Clark County community since 1969?

Whether you’re looking for fryers, grillers, ribs, steaks, pork, rabbit, beef, dog bones, turkey, livers, filets, sausages, links, jerky, ground, chuck, deli, family packs or just about anything else you can imagine this is the place. They will also prep and process your game if that is your thing. Plus, they make some of the best teriyaki pepperoni I’ve ever had. They also have peppered but that’s not my thing. :)

    Everything is local, I picked up a flyer off their counter and it looks like beef and pork comes out of Carlton farms in Carlton Oregon. Draper Valley for poultry located in Washington. Excellent Quality!
