Day 201: Southcliff Park

Day 201 of 365…

Southcliff Park in Vancouver WAI thought today would be a great day for “Sunday in the Park” so I headed out to discover a great neighborhood park. I found myself in Southcliff up on the bluff in the Heights and stopped in at Southcliff Park.

This 2.7 acre park features a large newer play structure and several picnic tables. There is a backstop to play softball, Whiffle ball or kick ball and tons of open grassy area to play in. You can sit and relax on the benches along the paved trail that runs through the park. Take a look around for yourself.

Southcliff Park is located at the corner of Umatilla Way & Oregon Drive, Vancouver, WA 98661. If you’re in the area, stop by and check it out. It’s a very quite, peaceful park.
