Squeeze & Grind. Yes, that’s its name and it is good! I stopped in on this gorgeous day with my friend David and enjoyed a yummy smoothie! I’ve driven by Squeeze & Grind for years and never stopped in. I’m not sure why since it’s so convenient. I will stop in again now that I have.

David and I went inside and although it’s not a large area it’s welcoming. They have some cool local artwork on the walls and David hooked up to WiFi. The gal working was totally fun and made a mean smoothie. Mine had peanut butter, chocolate and banana in it. How can that ever be bad? It can’t! In addition to smoothies they serve a variety of hot and cold beverages plus some pastries.
