Day 279: Fudge Fix in Downtown Vancouver
Day 279 of 365…
Caramel Corn, Kettle Corn, Cheese Corn, Caramel Apples, Fudge, Fudge and more fudge… All locally hand made right here in downtown Vancouver. That’s what you’ll find at Fudge Fix on Washington.
Tonight I had the fortune to meet with local owners Allen and Georgann and learn a little about their tasty business. Allen was in the process of making the Caramel Corn I’m currently enjoying while I write this post. It’s awesome!
Georgann then began to take me down a fudge tasting road that everyone in town really should experience. If you go, I promise you’ll bring some home with you (if it makes it all the way home). I tried at least 7 or 8 samples and they were all wonderful. The Salted Nut Roll fudge, the dark chocolate with mint fudge, the chocolate fudge, the peanut butter fudge, the pumpkin fudge, the chocolate coconut fudge… These hand made fudges are really awesome. She told me they make over 81 different flavors of fudge!
