Day 331: Black Angus Steakhouse

Day 331 of 365…

Black Angus Steakhouse in Vancouver WAAs long as I can remember Stuart Anderson’s has been downtown Vancouver. I’m pretty sure it’s older than I am. :) As a kid it was Cattle Company but then it transitioned to Black Angus Steakhouse some years back. The great thing is they still serve the same great food.

One of the best deals they offer is your annual birthday meal. You can get any entrée (up to $18.99 value) as long as someone in your party purchases an equal or greater valued meal. You do need to sign for Black Angus Prime Club order to receive this special offer. Last week was my birthday so of course, it’s time to head to Black Angus Steakhouse to enjoy my birthday meal.

All their meals start with their tasty super dark, sweet bread. I decided to get their Sesame Teriyaki Chicken breasts instead of steak this time around. I love their teriyaki; it’s very thick and sweet. For my sides I got the Caesar Salad and their famous Baked Potato Soup. If you haven’t had this soup, it’s worth making the trip in just for that. Yes, it’s that good. Trust me. To top off my ultra filling meal they brought me my own personal pan sized hot chocolate chip cookie with ice cream on top. I could only eat half but it was amazing.
