Day 108 of 365…
Today I ventured by a park I hadn’t been in for years. Growing up I had many friends that lived in the area and we spent many an hour here. It was always fun and peaceful.
Oakbrook is the neighborhood and the park I’m talking about is Oakbrook Park. This park has some spectacular oak trees in it. If you haven’t stopped by you really should consider it.
Oakbrook Park has a playground, softball field, walking trail and tennis courts plus a ton of open grassy areas. You’ll also find many picnic tables where you can enjoy a meal.
Oakbrook Park is located at 3103 NE 99th Ave, (W of I-205), Vancouver, WA 98662.
