Day 282 of 365…

I’d love to wish everyone a most special Thanksgiving! Whether you stay home or go to family or friends houses I hope that you really enjoy this day. Eat lots, love lots and give someone a big hug! Please take a minute to watch this little video I made for you all.

Of course I can’t completely ignore something to do around town so here is a fun thing you can do starting tomorrow, Black Friday. This event is part of the 2010 Vancouver Rotary Festival Of Trees.

Happy ThanksgivingTree Viewing Plus Santa and Entertainment – Pearson Air Museum

Friday, November 26, Noon to 9pm
Saturday, November 27, 10am to 5pm
Sunday, November 28, Noon to 4pm

No charge. Non-perishable food donation requested.
This year, the gorgeous trees and wreaths will be on view at a new setting. Interspersed among vintage airplanes, they will be on display throughout Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Holiday music will be provided by local entertainers and youth groups. The extremely popular Talking Tree will be chatting away and photos with Santa, taken in a historic airplane, will be available.

Pearson Air Museum is located at 1115 E. Fifth Street, Vancouver, WA

One other thing I’d encourage everyone to do either today or sometime over this long weekend is watch Elf. I love this movie and have made it a bit of a tradition to watch it sometime over the weekend after Thanksgiving to kick off the season right. Won’t you join me…

Here is a fun sequence of scenes featuring Buddy and Jovie as they get to know each other…
