Day 9 of 365…

Welcome to the 9th day of “365 Things To Do In Vancouver, WA”. Today I thought it would be good to share something for all members of your family to enjoy.

Pacific Community Park… 3 in 1!

Yes, this huge 56 acre park was developed in 2008 and sits between NE 164th Ave and NE 172nd Ave along NE 18th Street in east Vancouver. Pacific Community Park extreme skate parkIt features: walking, jogging and bicycling trails, a huge playground, an 8-acre fenced off-leash dog park, a 10,000 square foot extreme sports park with every imaginable terrain. There are also basketball courts, covered picnic shelter with electrical outlet (available on a first come, first served basis – not reservable), uncovered picnic areas, open lawn play areas and restrooms.

If you haven’t been to this park I’d suggest you head over to check it out. There are no fees for this park and it’s open from 7am to dusk. There are two huge parking lots. One on each side.
