Short answer: I think so!

Perhaps you’ve noticed that there has been a regular stream of content here at the Clark County Real Estate Guide the past three weeks. Actually, I’ve written a post every single day for 21 days (today makes Day 22 for those who are counting). A couple of the 21 were written over on RE BarCamp Portland since I needed to share some information with those folks. Besides that, all posts have been written here.

Why have I done this? Two reasons; first I was challenged by a “contest” being held by RE BarCamp Philadelphia and second, I’ve created this site for you, the reader. How can you be a reader if there is nothing new to read. This problem should now be corrected.

For whatever reason I always talked myself out of posting because I didn’t think it was good enough, isn’t “real estate” related enough or whatever. This 21 day push has forced me to step out of my comfort zone, write a post and hit “PUBLISH”! What a freeing feeling this has been. I’ve realized (& been reminded) that if I write from my heart and expertise, the people who want/need to see will see. Will everything here be all real estate? No. Is it a whole lot more fun and exciting because of that? Absolutely!

So, where do I go from here? Forward! Please keep checking back to see what’s new. If you like what you see, how about you put this in your feedreader? Maybe you’d like to forward it to someone else? If you have questions, shoot me an email or a call. You can text message me too. I’m here for you. What do you want to see? What do you want to know? Let’s grow together.
