Day 321: Simply Sweets

Day 321 of 365…

Peanut butter and chocolate… Is there anything that goes together better in the world than that? I’m not so sure… :) Which is why I had the Peanut Butter Cup cupcake today at Simply Sweets. It was amazing! The cupcake was super moist and the peanut butter cups and real butter-cream frosting were to die for.

I sat and visited with the owner Jen and she is very cool. Like all the smaller local business owners she has a real passion for what she does. She loves seeing peoples faces light up when they bite into one of her delicious creations. She hosts birthday parties where the kids can come in and decorate their own cupcakes. The pricing for these parties is quite reasonable in my opinion. In addition to her cupcakes she does some wonderful custom cakes. Ranging from birthday cakes to wedding cakes she does it all. The decorations and design are very creative and extremely well executed. Stop in and look at all the samples around the shop and also at her online gallery.
