Do you enjoy being entertained during your dinner preparation? Like seeing your food getting prepared fresh right in front of your eyes? Guess what? 
Right in Cascade Park you can have a wonderful meal prepared just how you like it and enjoy all the fanfare of a teppan grill experience. This place is Fuji’s Grill and Sushi.
I know this is not the least expensive option for your dining experience but we are usually able to find a “buy one, get one free” coupon and it’s usually reserved for those special occasions like anniversaries or birthdays. The food is always awesome and certainly fresh. They cook it at your table! Typically I enjoy the Fuji’s Combination meal with scallops and calamari. A properly prepared calamari steak is one of the best things in my opinion. So tender and good.
