Springtime is almost here and it’s time to dust off the golf clubs…
Day 18 of 365…
When I’m craving a little golf but don’t have time to head out and spend half the day playing I sneak go over to Fairway Village Golf Club. This beautiful golf course can be found in the eastern part of Cascade Park nestled amongst the retirement community of Fairway Village. 
This course was built in 1982 and has been a hidden gem in my opinion. It is nearly 2,500 yards worth of course that has one Par 5, five Par 4’s and the rest are fun Par 3’s. Several of the holes are a bit narrow and I have to say, I know quite a few of the homes and condo’s quite well… :) (especially sorry to the residents on the right side of the tee box on the 8th hole)
One of the wonderful things about this course is how reasonably priced it is. Depending on the time of year 9 holes will cost you between $12 and $15. It’s even cheaper if you want to play a full 18 holes. For more information or tee times call them at (360) 254-9325. I do recommend calling ahead for your tee time.
