Day 323: Keo Thai Cuisine

Today I got to have lunch with my friends Bruce and Gayle to catch up and hear about some cool new things they are working on… (stay tuned!) He suggested we go to Keo Thai Cuisine just north of Vancouver on the south side of Battle Ground, WA. I’d not been here before but as you know, I lOve “checking out” new places and things.

Keo Thai Cuisine has a very nice interior. It is well decorated, very clean and feels quite warm and comfortable. The owners greeting us was even warmer. They were truly kind and made us feel welcomed. We started with a plate of salad rolls which were excellent. They came with two sauces; a sweet one and a peanut sauce. Yum. I decided to try something new and ordered KHAO PAD (Pineapple Chicken Fried Rice) and it was wonderful.
